Your connected store

With your authorization we retrieve supported WooCommerce catalog, order, customer, stock, coupon, report and configuration data and return requested results to your connected chat. This may include personal customer details. Credentials remain encrypted on our server and are never returned to chat.

Changes you request

Write tools require you to enable writes and supply a Read/Write store API key. Changes can publish content, update prices and stock, alter orders, trigger store notifications or installed automations, create manual refund records or delete records. The plugin does not charge cards, initiate payments or send money through a payment gateway. Existing read-only connections are not automatically upgraded.

We store tenant-bound operation identifiers, intent hashes, timestamps and encrypted results to prevent duplicate execution. History is retained until account deletion subject to our stated retention obligations. Disconnecting does not undo store changes or delete conversation history.

Synthetic review account

The designated reviewer account uses isolated synthetic fixtures. Its changes never reach a live store, send customer emails or move money. The fixture is not a complete WooCommerce emulator or evidence of live-store testing. Endpoint availability varies with store version, permissions and extensions.
