Bing privacy information

This Bing plugin uses your existing TalkToData account and subscription. It stores encrypted Bing authorization tokens and your selected site separately from other plugins, in the existing TalkToData account system.

Requested Bing reports are retrieved from Microsoft and returned to your ChatGPT or Codex conversation. User-requested management actions are sent to Microsoft. Credentials are never returned in tool output. Search queries, URLs and performance figures can contain business or personal information; request only what you need.

Connection credentials are retained while connected. Disconnecting this plugin removes its saved Bing credentials without deleting your Bing site or changing other plugins. For account deletion and data-retention details, see the TalkToData privacy policy or contact hello@navines.com. Host conversation retention is controlled separately by the host.

Reviewer sample data is available only to server-authorized reviewer accounts and is explicitly labeled synthetic. Ordinary customers never receive sample data in place of failed live reports.
