Review my last seven days of eBay orders. Highlight the returned orders that still need fulfillment and show their IDs, amounts and currencies. Separate confirmed facts from suggested next steps.
Understand your catalog, stock and offers
Explore active and unsold listing samples, Inventory API stock, product attributes, condition, offer prices, quantities and listing-policy references. Inspect a specific SKU or offer when you need the detail behind a summary. For compatible parts and variation groups, use the identifiers from your inventory records.
Inventory API records and Trading API listings are different views of your business. Ask which source was used and whether more pages are available before treating a count as your whole catalog.
Bring customer questions into the conversation
Review available inbox headers, read selected message content and inspect buyer questions and their returned replies. Ask ChatGPT to group questions by topic, identify unanswered requests or draft a response for you to review. You can also inspect seller feedback and Best Offers.

The connection reads messages without sending replies, accepting offers, changing message folders or marking messages as read. Message history reflects what eBay returns and may omit your most recent outgoing reply.

Explore daily or per-listing traffic: impressions, views, transactions, click-through rate and sales conversion. Compare complete reporting periods, then review current customer-service metrics and seller-standard evaluation programs. Check business policies, selling limits and available account configuration when investigating an operational question.

Your data, with a clear scope
TalkToData Seller Insights reads the seller account you authorize. Available reports depend on eBay access, marketplace, account eligibility and the tools available in your connected plugin version. Results carry their reporting scope, and capped or unavailable data should stay visible in the answer. Recent traffic can arrive later than order activity.

Questions before you connect
Can I read customer messages?
Yes, the connection supports available eBay inbox messages and buyer questions. Message retrieval is read-only; suggested replies remain drafts in the conversation. eBay controls which history is returned.
Can I ask questions in Hebrew?
Yes. Ask in Hebrew, English or your preferred language, while preserving original order IDs, SKUs, currencies and statuses in reports.
Will the plugin change my eBay account?
No. Seller Insights uses read operations. It does not send messages, publish listings, change prices or inventory, accept offers or issue refunds.
Does an inventory report include every listing?
Not necessarily. Inventory API records can differ from listings created through other tools, and reports use page limits. Ask for the source and pagination information.
Where do I go after connecting eBay?
Choose Open eBay plugin in ChatGPT on the connection page. It opens the approved TalkToData Seller Insights listing in a new tab.
